Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Beatdriller application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on any Apple or Android device that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the applicable app store.

Beatdriller Pro subscription

What it is: Beatdriller Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes ads and unlocks unlimited custom kit saves.
Length: 1 month per billing period.
Price: The current price is shown in the app and on the purchase screen before you confirm. Prices are charged in your local currency and may vary by region.
Renewal: Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.

Apple standard EULA

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, the relevant terms of the Apple EULA apply to App Store downloads.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and to use it only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for any content you create or import.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
