Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 May 2026
Beatdriller ("we", "us", or "the app") is a drum machine application for iOS
and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects,
how it is used, and the choices available to you. We are committed to
keeping data collection to the minimum required to operate the app.
Information we collect
- Audio and project files you create. Samples you record
or import, custom kits, sequences, and exports are stored locally on your
device. They are not uploaded to us.
- Purchase information. When you subscribe to Beatdriller
Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to
manage subscription entitlements; it receives a non-identifying purchase
token and anonymous app user identifier so the app can recognise an active
subscription.
- Advertising identifiers. Free users see ads served by
Google AdMob. With your permission, AdMob may use your device's advertising
identifier to show and measure ads. On iOS you are asked for permission
through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before this happens.
- Diagnostic data. Our advertising and subscription
partners may collect aggregated, non-identifying performance and crash
information.
How we use information
- To provide and maintain the app's features.
- To deliver and measure advertising for free users.
- To verify and restore Beatdriller Pro subscriptions.
Tracking and your choices
On iOS, advertising tracking is only enabled if you allow it in the App
Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this at any time in
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can reset
or limit your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads. If you do
not allow tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
Subscribing to Beatdriller Pro removes all ads.
Third-party services
The app relies on the following services, each governed by its own policy:
Children
Beatdriller is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect personal information from children.
Data retention and deletion
Content you create stays on your device and is removed when you delete it or
uninstall the app. To request deletion of any subscription records, contact
us at the address below.
